Please read the following terms & conditions of use before using this website.
 
The information on this website is provided in good faith. To the best of our knowledge the information is accurate and current. Round & Round the Garden, its employees or contractors do not claim any warranty for the accuracy of this website or warrenty that our products and services will meet your requirements. Please read the the policy on returns.  
 
Whilst we take precaution to ensure that transactions conducted at this site are safe and secure, we can not accept responsibility for any losses or damages incurred by customers who's credit card or bank details  have been used fraudulently or without authorisation.
 
If we believe that a credit card is being used fraudulently we will not proceed with the transaction.
 
We agree to use the terms and conditions set out by Pay Pal for any transactions using Pay Pal.
 
Return Policy
Round & Round the Garden take the utmost care in ensuring all of our products are of high standard and quality. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we accept returns within 10  days from the date of purchase and provide a full refund, exchange or credit notice excluding the cost of postage.
 
If a product supplied by us was faulty then we will bare the cost of postage so long as you return the item with its original tags and labels in tact. You will need to contact us to discuss your return prior to posting it . We will not accept returns form private couriers or expedited post.
 
If you have purchased an incorrect item or changed your mind we are happy to help but need to be contacted by you first to discuss options. We ordinarily will issue you with a credit or exchange of equal value so long as all tags are in tact and items unworn and returned ion there original condition and packaging. We will not cover the cost of postage in this instance.
 
If goods have been damaged in the mail please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of goods to discuss a replacement.
 
Postage
All delivery charges and times  are in accordance with Australia Post guidelines. If you need an item more quickly we are happy to help . Call us for delivery options.  As a general guideline we have included approximate weights for all clothing.  The postage calculator estimates cost on the ratio of $2 per 100g. Alternatively you can contact us if you have particular requirements. Costs are on par with Australia Post , where the cost of sending a small parcel up to 250g is $4.20, and a parcel 250g to 500g is $5.40.  
We can gift wrap with personalised messages for $2.50.

Privacy
We may need to collect your personal information for the purpose of postage, purchases  of our products, gift vouchers or special orders. We do not provide your personal information to third parties without your authorised consent. Third parties does not include those acting as hosts to our Website and other parties assisting us in conducting our business and providing a service to you.
 
We agree to use any information provided by you to us in good faith and attempt to be as clear and complete in our actions and intentions.
